In order to cancel prepaid reservations, the reservation owner must send a written request e-mail. Cancellation requests made by phone will not be accepted.
The notification period will be considered as the starting time from the date of the reservation and takes into account the 24-hour period.
In the first 24-hour cancellation requests, the full amount paid will be refunded.
For cancellation requests for prepaid reservations 7 days before the rental date, amount for 1 day is charged and the remaining amount is returned to the customer.
For cancellation requests for prepaid reservations 6-2 days before the rental date, if the reservation period is more than 1 day, the amount for 2-day will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
Refunds are not applied for cancellation requests for prepaid reservations 2 days before the rental date.
